Према најновијим информацијама турских медија, из урушеног дијела зграде до сада је живо извучено осам особа, међу којима је троје деце. За још шест особа траје потрага.

THERE ARE 7 PEOPLE UNDER THE RUBBLE. ▪️#Istanbul Governor Davut Gül arrived at the scene, conducted an investigation, and made a statement. Stating that the building was constructed in 1987, Gül said, "It's a ground-floor plus six-story building. The ground floor is used as shops, and the six upper floors are apartments. ▪️There are 12 apartments, and according to the population registry, 33 people live there. Три спрата седмоспратнице срушила су се у 5.40 часова по локалном времену у округу Малтепе.
Зграда је направљена 1987. године, а 33 особе тренутно живе у 12 станова.
